# Tokenomics of HEM

$HEM would be two-stage minable token. This term is required for SSC concept.

Other required terms to know before going deep - “Mint ritual,” “Global mint ritual.”

Mint ritual - process of minting new HEM tokens by Immortal Inc. This includes recurring mint rituals to support ecosystem, as on-demand rituals for private/public raises/exchange listings and other cases.

Global mint ritual - process of minting new HEM tokens by Immortal Inc, once max supply is reached. To execute Global Mint Ritual Immortal Inc requires three events to happen&#x20;

* HEM’s max supply should be reached
* Daily turnover of $HEM should be not less then 10% of supply for 14 consecutive days
* Hem’s managing DAO should vote for Global Mint Ritual and decide the count of HEM minted

Max supply - 6,000,000,000 HEM

In September 2022, HEM was initially minted by Immortal Labs in size of 20M HEM tokens for initial group of investors, team and initial support of SoDead NFT assets and asset holders.&#x20;

SoDead HEM treasury - 10M HEM

Team - 8M HEM

Marketing (giveaways/airdrops) - 2M HEM

Immortal Inc will use half of it’s HEM treasury as payment for development of tokens and another half as a private/public sale liquidity.&#x20;
